Santorini, Greece

Santorini, Greece was such a picturesque place! Have you ever seen those pictures of the clear white buildings with blue roofs? That is Santorini! We made some great memories here!

The city was on top of a cliff.

I loved the buildings built into the cliff. We took a cable car to get up to the city.

Jacqui and I with our awesome "Ray Ban" sunglasses we bought! They weren't genuine Ray Ban's but the man who sold them to us told us they were :P

We did have a tour guide and a bus to take us around the place. We went to the other side of the island.

Talk about some color!

We adopted this sweet lady named Elvira. She's from Germany but lives in Australia. Her husband had died and she was on the cruise by herself! So we decided to make her apart of our group! She was such a sweet and fun lady :)

You saw blue and white all over the place! It was so pretty!

I thought this guy was funny with his little umbrella hat :D

I wouldn't mind sitting right there for a while.

I think it would be cool to live right there!

I just imagined myself sitting there in the morning having my coffee and quiet time.

This looked like a hotel/resort place! Can you see the pool?? I thought that it was pretty darn awesome!

There are two ways to get down the cliff. You can take the cable cars or you can ride donkey's. We, of course, chose the donkey ride!

Let me tell ya, it was an adventure!

There are these big Greek men who are all cousins and arguing about who's taking who on their donkey's. Then these big Greek men start yelling at you in Greek because they don't know any English.

We split up our group into little groups of about six people. The man who took our little group yelled at us "HELLO! Hello coming!" I know, makes perfect sense right? ;) We decided to name him Hello Coming! :P

It was so much fun!!! I had a great time :D Even though I felt like I was about to fall off, I still had fun and would totally do it again!

I didn't have any pictures but beofre the donkey ride we swam in a black beach! The "sand" was black pebbles. It was cold but refreshing! I got to swim in the Aegean sea! :D
Overall, Santorini was a pretty fun and beautiful day!
