My Birthday!

WOW! 16 years has gone by so very fast! Yes it's hard to believe but I am 16 years old!!! Crazy I know. My day was full of fun! We have this tradition of that the whole family wakes you up by singing Happy Birthday. I got a really well harmonized happy birthday song :P

Mom told me to be dressed and ready to go by 10 a.m. but I didn't know why, I love surprises! The surprise was a lady from Mary Kay came over to our house and went over how to clean your face and put your makeup on. Mom did it with me which was extra special :) In the end

Mom bought me some makeup stuff and face cleaning lotion. It was such a great surprise.

Kathryn Jaroski, one of my old friends, came over to the house at about 1 to spend the day and night with me! We went on a photo shoot together right where The Gathering Place is. We had so much fun laughing and taking pictures together!

When we got home it was time to get ready to go to Maggiano's . One of the best restaurants ever! They have delicious food. Caleb and Lauren meet us there. When I waled in I saw a vase with pink roses in it. It was so pretty :) The dinner was so much fun. The best part was that the

whole family was there!

After dinner we went home and opened presents. Another tradition we have is that when we turn 16 we get a ring symbolizing our Christianity. Mine was from James Avery with a cross in it. Unfortunately the ring was just a little too big. So we have to go resize it but it is beautiful and very special to me :)

I'm so blessed to have the family that I have. I love them so very much!!
