It has come and gone...I really don't like Christmas leaving. All this anticipation of it coming and everyone is so excited...and then when it comes the day goes by SO fast! As fast as it went by I had such a great day! Stockings are always so much fun, it's the first thing we do when we wake up :) The little things that are in those stockings are so special and fun. Another special thing is that my Mom made each and everyone of our stockings! Since Lauren has now joined our family Mom made one for her too. She made sure to tell us that she is not making any stockings for the grand kids :D My Aunt and Uncle came in from Houston and my Grandma came in from town. They came in the morning and stayed till the evening! One of our Christmas traditions is that we have Coffee cake for breakfast. If you haven't had coffee cake you are missing out on A LOT. It's the best cake ever! The next thing on the list was opening presents! You know, getting presents is so much fun but seeing people open their presents is even better! Our family does a little gift exchange called "Secret Santa." We put everybody's names in a hat and everyone picks from it. The person you have is the person you buy a present for but shhhhh it's a secret, well it's suppose to be. I love doing this! It is SO much fun to see everyone give to their secret person. And to see what everyone gave each other is the best thing to see! Well after presents we watched Holiday Inn. One of our Christmas movies that we always watch during the holidays! Did I mention that we gave our Mom a 37" flat screen TV? It's awesome and she loves it :) The whole family sat around the TV to watch the movie. We laughed and made comments together, so much fun! Another meal was in store! It was SO amazing. The menu was: Steak, Caleb's amazing ribs, twice baked potato's, cream corn, salad, and rolls. It was delicious! After the meal was done we were all full and ready to rest. So we rested a little but then we got out the Wii which our other Uncle and Aunt gave to us earlier in the week. We took turns in playing but everyone was there laughing and having a good time. Even the adults played! It was great. It came to be about 5:00 p.m. when everyone decided it was time to head out.
This Christmas I feel like I've been given so much. I've realized how blessed I am to have such a wonderful, giving, and loving family :)
God Bless,
Grace Anne
These are Leah's AwEsOmE new converse that she got for Christmas. I had fun taking pictures of them :)

Those are cute! I like the way you did Leah's shoe pics. Christmas is the best, but it went by so fast! I'll bet Caleb&Lauren really enjoyed their First Christmas! That's cool.
