Barcelona, Spain was definitely on the favorite list. Pretty much ever stop was, but Barcelona was pretty special :) For one, we got to spend two days in Barcelona! Spain is such a fun culture! Those two days we spent there were jam packed full of activities, and we didn't get to do everything we had wanted to. But everything we did see and do were amazing!

First stop in Barcelona was the La Sagrada Familia. This wonderful church has been being built for 100 years. The designers name is Gaudi. You may have heard of him. He's known for unique, modern, almost funky designs. But it is all incredible!
This is the front of the church. As the picture above shows above there are different places on the wall that tells the story of the crucifixion of Jesus. It was so neat to see!
This pictures is of one word among thousands that makes up this ginormous door. They are all names of God. Beautiful!
The color glass windows were so beautiful throughout the church inside.

We got to go up to the towers and saw Barcelona from up high!

We went to this really cool restaurant for dinner. We had tapas, which is like having many appetizers for your dinner. There were definitely some adventurous ones but some delicious ones as well!

Barcelona was definitely one of my favorite spots! The culture, history and amazing architecture was just amazing! Next post is day 2 of Barcelona!
