God has made my dream come true!

You know when you watch those silly movie's where it says "Your dreams will come true!"
Well a dream has come true for me! But God is the only one who has made this dream possible!
I have been wanting to dance in pointe shoes ever since I started taking ballet at 4 years old.
These past three years that I have taken ballet I have worked hard to be able to dance in pointe shoes. I have finally reached the level of pointe shoes! God is so good!
I sewed my ribbons and elastics on my shoes and I had my first pointe lesson last night. Now these shoes aren't suppose to be comfortable or easy. In fact they are suppose to hurt! "Beauty is pain", I believe that whole heartedly! ;)
I have a lot of work to do before I will actually be able to dance in them but with the help of the Lord I can do it! I love dancing! I love dancing because I dance for Jesus Christ. He's the one who has given me the "grace" to dance and I give Him all the glory, honour and praise while I dance :D

    awww, that's so happy. Being able to dance on pointe is such a blessing, and so much fun! Even though it can be pretty painful. and kind of scary... dancing on pointe is so fun, but it's scary b/c you feel way less in control then you do in flats. :O

    Awww that is such good news, congrats!! :D I LOVE ballet and always wanted to dance on pointe shoes though it never happened for me. Happy for you! :)

    Hey!!! Wow...I am SOO happy for you!!! :D I have always wanted to dance in point shoes too, but since I don't do ballet anymore, I don't think that is going to happen!! ;P hehe!! By the way...those pictures are AWESOME!!!!!! You are a great photographer!!! Way to go!!
