Wow! I have to say that I love speech and debate tournaments. H.C.C. (Hill Country Communicators) had such a successful tournament this time. Praise the Lord! This tournament was especially tiring for me but especially fun at the same time :) I'm so proud of all my friends and especially my siblings! My brother Aaron was amazing! He broke in L.D. and got to finals in DUO, Dramatic Interp., and Humorous Interp.!My sister Leah broke in DUO and got to finals in Illustrated Oratory! I was very blessed and broke in Original Oratory, Humorous Interp. and DUO! At this tournament I learned the lesson of being grateful and letting God have control of the outcome. He is in control of what room are put in and how the judges decide, and usually His plan is better than ours :) So I'm very grateful for the outcome that God gave me! I was able to take a few pictures during the tournament so here they are. Enjoy!
