Speech and Debate was so much fun this year. Aaron, Leah and I were a part of a speech and debate club in Comfort. It is our first year as a club and we have had so much fun with the people there. I have learned so much and have enjoyed the wonderful experience. Leah and I performed a duo and broke (moving on to the next level) and went to Regional. I also did persuasive and apologetics speeches as well as debate but did not break in those. Aaron broke in debate, Open interpretive, and his Humorous which is going to Nationals. We are very proud of him.
I'm so blessed to have been a part of this wonderful group of wonderful people. I even met people outside of the club at the tournaments. It's always nice meeting new people.
My bother Aaron is going to Nationals with his humorous speech as I already told you. Sarah Mack and Max Clark are also going to Nationals with their speeches and I'm very proud of them!
This speech and debate journey has been memorable, I can't wait till next year.
